Note: For orders that are being sent outside the United States, a customs charge may be applied to your total purchase. Generally, the charge is about 7 per cent of the total merchandise. Unfortunately, we have no control over these custom charges and how much they would be. Your local government determines customs charges and this varies with each country.

Return Policy
All sales are final. However, we will refund your money or exchange the item ONLY if we ship the wrong item or it is defective in any way.
If you wish to return a purchase for whatever reason, it must be done so within 14 days of the original receipt. If you receive your order and an item appears to be broken is missing some pieces, notify us immediately and send us back the defective merchandise.
Back Ordered Items
While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, some items may be delayed or backordered. If this is the case, you will receive notification via email.
If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item(s), we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.
If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of the payment date, delay notice or backorder notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation will be processed automatically. You will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement if you used a credit card.
Payment Method
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and Money Orders. All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval.
All orders are confirmed, verified and security checked before being shipped. This takes 1-5 working days depending on the payment type and information needed and provided, we can confirm product availability the same day if the order processes by 6:00pm EST. Delivery times begin after verification approval, in the case of fund transfers it begins once we receive the funds, in the case of a credit card it is once the funds are received from the processing bank, this is usually about 4-5 days. If a product is listed on our site and is available for purchase - that means we have it available for purchase and can ship it to you immediately after your order is verified and your item is manufactured and shipped.

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with CharmsAndCharms.com. To protect you against unauthorized charges, credit card orders will not be shipped to an address other than your billing address, so, please, be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request.
Warranty:
Merchandise sold on an “AS IS” basis is indicated
on the purchase order or invoice. If merchandise is sold on an “AS
IS” basis it is expressly understood by buyer that there are
no warranties, either express or implied. Therefore seller makes
neither representations nor warranties either express or implied
or in any other manner or form. In that regard seller and buyer
specifically and unconditionally agree that there are no warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use imposed
either by contract or law with regard to the merchandise sold on
an “AS IS” basis. For any merchandise that is not designated
“AS IS”, as herein set forth, any warranty for merchandise
sold will not exceed the period of time stated on either the purchase
order or invoice. Some States do not allow margins on how long an
implied warranty can last.
In no event shall we be held accountable to you with respect to this site, our products, content, or services for any amount in the aggregate in excess of the fees paid by you therefore; or for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever, including (without limitation), loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property.
